What do you think? Guss Hiddink and Mark Hughes could become Chelsea's "Dream Team" management duo.Hiddink, currently Turkey coach is weighing up the propect of taking one of two jobs on offer at SW6. Roman Abramovich (RA) wants the Dutchman as first team coach only, while Chelsea's football board are looking at the prospect of bringing in a younger coach - Hughes - while offering Hiddink an position on the board as director of football. Hiddink has being in constant contact with RA in an unpaid capacity but has stated that he would welcome "day-to-day" management role. Mark Hughes - jumped ship at Fulham when his contract expired at the end of the season and would leap down the Fulham Road to Stamford Bridge to take on the challenge of bring Champions League glory at last to the Blues. So it's now a matter of chief executive Ron Gourlay convincing RA to bring Hiddink and Hughes on board.Hughes would demand that he takes his management team in - so ex-Chelsea goalkeeper Eddie Niedzwiecki would be expected to follow "Sparky". That could mean that Chelsea would struggle to find a place for current first-team coach Paul Clement. RA's favourite Michael Emenalo, is expected to be retained in this shake-up while he continues with role of coach and gaining his coaching qualifications.
