Hiddink warning for Reds

Guus Hiddink has warned UEFA Champions League opponents Liverpool of Chelsea's growing spirit under his stewardship. The two Premier League rivals are to lock horns in the second leg of their quarter-final tie at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday. Chelsea boast the advantage heading into the meeting after an impressive performance at Anfield handed them a 3-1 triumph. Hiddink, who is in temporary charge of the Blues, has made an excellent impact since taking over in February and is in confident mood in the midst of the business end of the season. "There is a fantastic spirit around this club at the moment - everyone believes in what we can achieve this season and it is exciting to be a part of that," said the Dutchman. Focus "But we must not lose our focus for one game or one minute and that means each game is as important as the next one. We have the same aim, which is to try and win all of them. "It is important that we take the momentum gained from winning at Anfield into this game and keep our level of performance up." Midfielder Michael Ballack has also rallied his team-mates as they prepare to face Liverpool before tackling Arsenal in the semi-finals of the FA Cup. Key games"We said we would try, even in the league, to win every game until the end and then see what happens," said Ballack. "Of course, on the table we have more chances in the Champions League and the FA Cup. But we have two big games coming up." Captain John Terry, who is suspended for the clash with Liverpool, added: "Make no mistake, we can still win the league. "Man United and Liverpool have both surrendered good positions this season, as have we, but we're in a good frame of mind and have to be ready to take advantage of any slip-up."
