Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink does not know how Uefa is going to reprimand Didier Drogba but admits he would be find it strange if the striker receives a heavy punishment. The European governing body is investigating the post-match controversy involving the Ivory Coast international in Wednesday's UEFA Champions League semi-final defeat to Barcelona. Drogba launched a foul-mouthed tirade after being angered by referee Tom Henning Ovrebo, who failed to award Chelsea four perceived penalties. Uefa has yet to make a decision on the Blues star's behaviour, but Hiddink insists that he had no qualms in selecting the forward for Sunday's 4-1 Premier League win over Arsenal. And the Chelsea boss is also optimistic that, following an apology, the 31-year-old will be dealt with leniently by officials, saying: "We do not live with headlines, whether they are right or not, that is not the big issues. "Drogba has always fought for the team. "Everyone has talked about the incident afterwards, but in the game there were no incidents, everyone respected each other. "He (Drogba) saw what he did wrong and apologised strongly. "We do not know what is going to happen regarding that, but when the people in charge at Uefa they have the feeling of being football people and not bureaucratic authorities, then they might perfectly understand that the big apology of his was okay. "So I do not expect much from that, it would be curious I think."
