Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has done little to distance himself with a move for Joe Cole by lauding the Chelsea star and revealing he should be a shoo-in for the World Cup.   [LNB]Cole is out of contract in the summer and has been linked with a move across London and a reunion with Redknapp. [LNB]After securing qualification to the Champions Leaguue, the Spurs boss is hoping to attract a host of big names to White Hart Lane, with Cole heading his shopping list. [LNB] Arm around the shoulder: Cole, who played for Redknapp at West Ham, is reportedly interested in a reunion with his former boss at Spurs [LNB] 'At 28, I think he has five or six great years left in him and I can see him being one of the real impact players if he goes to South Africa,' Redknapp told The Sun.[LNB] 'And I really, really hope he does make it, because he's got everything you need when you're looking at World Cup players.' [LNB]Champions: Cole celebrates a third Premier League triumph [LNB]Cole has been included in Capello's provisional World Cup squad but could be left behind when the Italian whittles the 30-man squad to 23 at the beginning of June. [LNB]But Redknapp, who managed Cole's rise during his reign as West Ham manager, would love to see the tricky winger on the plane to South Africa.[LNB] 'I have to say I was just as pleased for Joe Cole, who has had a bit of a rough time of things this season. [LNB] 'Having a player with the ability to unlock the door is priceless. 'He's been there already - remember that screamer he scored against Sweden in 2006 - he's played a lot of Champions League football, and can perform in two or three different positions. [LNB] 'I signed Joe for West Ham when he was only 11, and even now I still rate him as the best young player I have ever worked with. [LNB]'He was on another planet to everyone else, and that's not a bad compliment considering some of the great talent we then had at Upton Park, such as Rio Ferdinand and Michael Carrick to name but two. [LNB]'Joe loves football, still has the same enthusiasm he showed the first time I saw him, and simply wants to play the game.'
