Hands off Pato: AC Milan warn Chelsea that Brazil star to going nowhere

AC Milan have warned Chelsea they are wasting their time trying to sign Alexandre Pato. The Italians revealed last week that they have turned down a 'monster bid' from an unnamed club for the forward. But after the sale of £56million forward Kaka to Real Madrid, Milan insist their other Brazilian star is going nowhere as Chelsea reportedly consider an offer of around £50m. 'We previously received a superior offer to this one and we already said no to that, so the answer would be no,' said general manager Adriano Galliani. 'Pato is our future and we are not willing to sell him at this stage. He will stay in Milan no matter what.' Pato finished as Milan's second stop scorer behind Kaka in Serie A, with 15 goals in 36 league appearances last season. He is under contract with the Rossoneri outfit until June 2012 but Carlo Ancelotti, who left Milan to become the new Chelsea boss this summer, is attempting to prise him away.
