Hiddink, who took formal control of the side after the weekend's FA Cup win over Watford has been paying attention to the lesser known players on the Chelsea staff. [LNB]What have you thought so far? [LNB]GH: Well it is good for me having the experience of seeing the second team as well and seeing if we first see a good performances of the team and second if they're some young players who might be very interesting for the future. [LNB]You have brought young players in at your previous clubs. [LNB]GH: I think that even if you are a big club, and even if the first team is settled you must always create some space for youngsters, they are always promising and that is why we always have to keep an eye on them. [LNB]From a Chelsea point of view, you worked with a very young Rudd Gullit back in the 1980s and a very young Arjen Robben this decade. [LNB]GH: Yeah that is true, Gullit was a little bit settled already at that time but he was a youngster but Arjen Robben, we brought him to PSV and we brought him on 17-years, which we always like to give those guys opportunities and that is why I like to see the youngsters here as well. [LNB]Miroslav Stoch came on on Saturday, he is 19. [LNB]GH: Yeah, a good guy, there are more young good guys and Ray [Wilkins] and I we are talking a lot about this of course, about our big guys, lets put it like that, but also our young guys, if they are well, they are always committed, that is basic. But if they have the quality to come in, then we don't hesitate to do so. [LNB]How have you used the second team in you career? [LNB]GH: Every now and then for getting fitness for the first squad players but also it is the end of the education, it is not a team for us, for me, that is just, lets say, garbage, and you drop the players in there, no, it is the end of the education system, develop system of a club.[LNB]Guus Hiddink was speaking on Chelsea TV.[LNB]
