Gutted Neville says it's his fault Lamps bagged the FA Cup winner at Wembley
Distraught Everton skipper Phil Neville blamed himself for Frank Lampard's winner for Chelsea in the FA Cup final.
Neville was outstanding at Wembley but one lapse in the second half allowed Lampard to turn him on the edge of the penalty area and fire in a left-footed winner.
He said: 'I take responsibility for the second goal - I should have taken the ball. I was on a booking so I don't think Howard Webb would have accepted another foul, but you can't allow someone of Frank's ability that time and space on the edge of the box and we were punished for it.
