Grant: Time right for change

New Chelsea manager Avram Grant believes he can soon get the club back to winning ways but believes the time had come last week to change things.
Jose Mourinho sensationally left the Blues less than one week ago, and Grant's first game in charge ended in defeat - 2-0 at Manchester United.
Chelsea begin their defence of the Carling Cup with a third round clash at Hull City on Wednesday, and Grant is in an upbeat mood going into the match.
He said: "Our first commitment is to win, and the way to win at Chelsea is good now - but we can do it better.
"I think the club can win all the titles, that's for sure. We need to win games now and anything can happen. I believe in the club and the players.
"In any football team there is a period of time. Chelsea were good for the first two years, three years under Mourinho.
"This season we didn't play so well except in one game that was fantastic against Birmingham and then for 20 minutes against Reading.
"Everything happened so quickly but we are looking for staff that will be good for Chelsea. We are still looking but I think in two or three weeks, you will see the arrival of the new staff.
"I want to do it as quickly as possible but we want quality and will take our time.
"We are looking in England and abroad. We need a fitness and a goalkeeping coach. We are using people from the academy at the moment and they are doing a very good job."
