Chelsea boss Avram Grant was disappointed after watching his side being held to a goalless draw by Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues failed to break down a stubborn Reds rearguard and had to settle for a point, which left them five points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal, who face Blackburn Rovers on Monday evening.
Grant said: "We are not happy. We want to win every game, especially at home. If we don't win we are disappointed.
"You could say it is a missed opportunity, but it is not easy to play against Liverpool. They are a very tactical team, they don't give you much space to play.
"I think it has been a big physical pressure on a small group of players in the last two months. So maybe they are a little bit tired, but this is part of the game when you belong to a top club.
"They have done a good job until now. It was not an entertaining game that is for sure. We tried to play football but it was not easy.
"We will have further chances, for sure, as we have still to play Manchester United and Arsenal at home.
"They will not be easy games, as we saw against Liverpool here. We will need extra efforts to close the gap, but it is still possible.
"After this result I am not any more or less confident that we can do it. It will not be easy, but we can do it."
