Frank Lampard today insisted Chelsea could win the Treble this season after thrashing Liverpool 3-1 at Anfield in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.

Chelsea came from behind with two goals from Branislav Ivanovic and one from Didier Drogba to hand Liverpool their first home defeat for 33 games.

They are now strong favourites to reach the semi-finals but Lampardbelieves it will also give them a major boost in their attempts to winthe title and FA Cup. They trail Manchester United by four points inthe Premier League and play Arsenal in the FA Cup semi-finals in ninedays.

Lampard said: 'Everything is still up for grabs, even though we are behind in the League.
