Gattuso rules out Blues move

AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso will not be joining Chelsea despite his agent recently hinting that a move to the Premier League was on the cards.

The Italy international was believed to be considering the possibility of following former Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti to Stamford Bridge.

However, Gattuso is now fully committed to Milan and not looking to leave Italy, according to his agent.

"Milan is his home," said Andrea D'Amico.

"The fact that Gattuso has a good relationship with Ancelotti doesn't mean that he wants to leave Milan.

"Everyone knows that Rino would be perfect in the Premiership.

"But we have never had any offers (from Chelsea)."
