Gattuso could succeed in England

Gennaro Gattuso is 'deeply distressed' by Carlo Ancelotti's move to Chelsea and has the qualities to succeed in the Premier League, according to the midfielder's agent. Ancelotti recently quit AC Milan to succeed Guus Hiddink as manager at Stamford Bridge, ending an eight-year tenure at the San Siro. Gattuso - who joined Milan in 1999 - is said to be disappointed by the exit of his long-term boss and the former Rangers player could be considering a return to Britain. His representative, Andrea D'Amico, told The Sun: "The rapport between Gattuso and Ancelotti is very strong. "He was deeply disappointed by the decision to change the boss. Gattuso is very attached to Ancelotti the manager. "Gennaro has the characteristics and the qualities needed to play in the English league."
