ShareHeading north: Torres Ibrox will play host to ?50million man Fernando Torres and the rest of Chelsea's superstar squad in a glamour friendly on Saturday, August 6. Rangers have followed Celtic's lead in gaining dispensation from the SPL to postpone one game after the top flight begins on July 23 to accommodate a money-spinning friendly. The Parkhead club will spend the weekend of July 30/31 featuring in the Dublin Super Cup. Ibrox boss Ally McCoist was thrilled to land a match against the Premier League runners-up, who lost 2-0 in Govan in a 2007 friendly and who should have a new manager in place following Carlo Ancelotti's sacking this week. 'We are delighted to confirm Chelsea will be heading to Ibrox in August,' said McCoist.
