Fernando Torres: I'll rock Blackpool! Chelsea's 50m striker is ready to break his duck

Fernando Torres admits he must start scoring for Chelsea as he looks finally to break his duck against Blackpool on Monday. Torres has flopped in front of goal since his ?50million move from Liverpool, drawing a blank in each of his four matches for the Barclays Premier League champions. Manager Carlo Ancelotti claimed after Tuesday night's win over Manchester United that he does not ask his strikers to score. What's the problem? Torres is anxious to find the net for the Blues But Torres accepts he was not bought to fire blanks and is confident that once he bags his first for the club, the floodgates will open. 'I know I'm here to score goals,' he said. 'It's the job of the striker, so hopefully I can score the first and I'm sure it will be the first of many.' Torres has previously insisted it was always going to take time for him to settle at Stamford Bridge. He revealed he is still finding his feet but believes he is beginning to adapt to Chelsea's style of play and is building up his match fitness following an injury-plagued 2010. Wide of the mark: Torres still hasn't scored since his record-breaking switch from Liverpool 'Trying to settle here, but much better, much better fitness,' he said. 'I felt the other day against Manchester United very good, sharp. 'So, waiting for the first goal and excited about that possibility. Hopefully, I can score against Blackpool.'  Chelsea crock Benayoun targets Stoke clash in April for long-awaited comeback from injuryAbramovich ponders shock return to Chelsea for Hammers boss GrantKalou: Chelsea are still in the hunt for another doubleAll the latest Chelsea news, features and opinion  Explore more:People: Fernando Torres, Carlo Ancelotti Places: Liverpool
