Fabio Capello plans new England role for Joe Cole against Brazil

Telegraph Sport understands that Capello will recall Cole to the England squad next weekend, ahead of the friendly with Brazil in Qatar on Nov 14. [LNB]Chelsea beat Blackburn 5-0 and Bolton 4-0 last week, Cole excelling in both games, playing behind the strikers. With Steven Gerrard's groin injury likely to rule him out, Capello is considering promoting Cole to the starting XI in a midfield diamond formation.
