Chelsea teenager Fabio Borini had surgery on a shoulder injury yesterday, ruling him out for two months by which point he could have signed for another club.[LNB]Borini, 19, has been frozen out by Chelsea since contract talks stalled in the summer. He has been in brilliant form for the reserves without getting a chance in the first team this term.[LNB] Frozen out: Fabio Borini is a target for a number of clubs in Italy[LNB]Lazio, Parma and Juventus are all tracking him, aware they could sign the Italy U21 international for a nominal fee.[LNB]Chelsea, ironically, have been scouting in Italy for an attacking midfielder and centre half and have been encouraged to make a bid for Lazio's Italy midfielder Cristian Ledesma. However, Lazio's £15m valuation may be prohibitive for a 28-year-old.
