Everton are handing a trial to a Chilean teen sensation compared to Cristiano Ronaldo. Nicolas Millan is eyeing a move to Europe when he turns 18 in November and Everton have given him a chance to impress following previous interest from Inter Milan and Chelsea. The forward, who can play as a striker or down either flank, became the youngest professional to make his debut in the Chilean league when he came on as a substitute for Colo Colo aged 14 years, 9 months and 3 weeks in September 2006. The 5ft 5in player has followed in the footsteps of Alexis Sanchez, a 20-year-old winger who left Colo Colo for Udinese and has since been linked to Manchester United while also being compared to Real Madrid star Ronaldo. When Millan was asked about his similarities with the world's most expensive footballer, he said cheekily: 'I think my playing style is similar to his. I enjoy using the flanks and going past defenders, and I'm particularly good at stepovers.' He had a trial at Chelsea soon after his debut but will not move until his 18th birthday.
