English lessons will be a Dutch treat for new Chelsea boss Ancelotti

Carlo Ancelotti wants to imrpove his English New Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is going on an intensive English course - in Holland. The Italian, 50 next week, has told friends he wants to be fluent in English by the time he meets the players for pre-season training on July 1. He has been having lessons from his daughter Katia, who worked in the Chelsea press office last year, and AC Milan's English interpreter, known only as Phil. The course will be in the town of Vugnt, near Eindhoven and it was suggested toAncelotti by Guus Hiddink. The one thing bothering Ancelotti is English food. He is keen on pasta and lists bollito - boiled beef - among his favourites. Recently he introduced David Beckham to culatello - pig's bottom. Beckham is said to like it so much, he took friends to the restaurant to try thedelicacy known as 'the heart of prosciutto'.
