The nominees are now in for the Barclays sponsored PFA Young Player of the Year Award and four of the six may well be starring at the Euro 2012 finals for England this summer.

The nominees are as follows (in alphabetical order). Barclays sponsored PFA Young Player; Sergio Aguero (Man City), Gareth Bale (Tottenham), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (Arsenal), Daniel Sturridge (Chelsea), Kyle Walker (Tottenham) and Danny Welbeck (Man United).

Chelsea striker Daniel Sturridge, Tottenham defender Kyle Walker, Manchester United forward Danny Welbeck and Arsenal's young protege Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will all be hoping to earn a place in the England squad for the finals in Poland and Ukraine.

Gareth Bale won the Players' Player award last year and has been in fine form again for Tottenham and Wales this season, while Manchester City's Sergio Aguero will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of Andy Gray in 1976-77 and Cristiano Ronaldo in 2006/07 by becoming only the third player to claim both Players' Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards.

Simon Boynton, Managing Director for Digital Sports Group said 'the results are in and we'd now love to hear from our visitors and fans to see who they think will win by taking part in the poll on football.co.uk'.
