Duo expect Terry to stay

Chelsea duo Petr Cech and Deco are confident Manchester City target John Terry will remain at the club. Terry's future at Stamford Bridge has been the main focus surrounding the club in the last few weeks after big-spending City declared their intentions to sign the England captain. City have already had two bids turned down for Terry, but the cash-rich outfit are refusing to give up on their pursuit of the central defender. Terry is currently with Chelsea on their tour of America and Cech says the Blues skipper has not been affected by all the rumours. "He is here with us so it means he is still a Chelsea player, he wants to be a Chelsea player that is why he is here," said Cech. "I think he is one of the key players for us. "From his mood, I would say nothing has changed. He is training, he is always with us, he is the same captain as he was three months ago, five months ago, one year ago, five years ago, so I don't see any difference in his behaviour." DifficultDeco, who himself has been linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer, admits Terry has a tough decision to make, but he believes the 28-year-old wants to stay in West London. "It is difficult to decide, but I think he knows how important he is to Chelsea," said Deco. "He is a legend, a symbol of the team. "I know it is difficult but it his decision, but of course if he stays he will be important to Chelsea Asked if he thought Terry would stay, Deco said: "I think so, I don't know. "Of course we want JT to stay, but it is his decision."
