Drogba slams 'stupid' fan

Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has slammed the 'stupid fan' who shined a laser in his eyes during Saturday's victory over West Ham United.

The Ivory Coast hitman complained to fourth official in the first half of the 1-0 win at Stamford Bridge after being targeted by a visiting fan with a green laser.

Afterwards Drogba praised the majority of the travelling Hammers fans, but hit out at the one supporter whose actions clearly unsettled him.

Joe Cole scored the only goal of the game in the 76th minute against his former club.

"It's difficult as you see this green light," said Drogba. "This is a stupid fan I think.

"The rest of the West Ham fans were good. I think they supported their team.

"That's what we want to see in the stadium, not these kind of things."
