Chelsea striker Didier Drogba said Tuesday he was in good health three weeks after suffering concussion and being stretchered off following a clash in a Premier League match against Norwich.
"The head is fine," he said. "It's working more or less, as you can probably see," he told reporters at a press conference in London to discuss his role in his native Ivory Coast's truth and reconciliation commission.
Drogba said he realised he had "given everyone a scare" when he was left injured in the aerial challenge with Norwich goalkeeper John Ruddy during Chelsea's 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge on August 27.
He has been sidelined for the club's last three matches, including the 3-1 defeat to Manchester United on Sunday, but the club confirmed Tuesday he was available for selection for Wednesday's League Cup tie with local rivals Fulham.
Drogba, 33, has been named to the panel which will probe post-election violence in the west African country which left over 3,000 dead.
