At full stretch: Chelsea forward Didier Drogba[LNB]Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has told his team-mates to start focusing on winning games rather than off-field changes at Stamford Bridge after their narrow victory over minnows MSK Zilna.[LNB]The Blues have seen their form in the Barclays Premier League stutter with three of their last four games ending in defeats despite still staying top of the league.[LNB]They had to rely on a late goal from Florent Malouda to secure a 2-1 win at home to Zilna on Tuesday night which earned the point they needed to progress to the knockout stages of the Champions League as group winners.[LNB]Carlo Ancelotti's future as Chelsea manager following the departure of his trusted No.2 Ray Wilkins has also caused disruption at Stamford Bridge.[LNB]Ancelotti has since declared his intention to stay as boss and Drogba says it is time to concentrate on just football matters again.[LNB]The Ivory Coast frontman said: 'The manager made it clear that he is here and I think we have to focus on the games, on the results.[LNB]'We have to try to resolve our problems because we are not paying well. We don't speak about this (speculation over Ancelotti's future). We stayed focused on the game we lost against Birmingham. We wanted to go back to winning ways.'[LNB] First blood: Daniel Sturridge bangs in Chelsea's equaliser at Stamford Bridge[LNB]Drogba admitted the players missed Wilkins but he and Daniel Sturridge, scorer of Chelsea's first goal against Zilna, also gave their backing to Michael Emenalo who has moved up top fill the void.[LNB]Drogba added on Sky Sports 4: 'Of course we miss Ray but the players are still the same. If we are losing it is not because Ray has gone, it is down to the players.'[LNB]Sturridge said: 'Ray's departure, we were sad to see him go. Mike's taken over in the job and we respect Mike as well.'[LNB] Chelsea 2 MSK Zilina 1: Shaky Blues slip through as Sturridge and Malouda seal top spot John Terry: I don't believe I'll be captain again, but in one game the armband was passed around five or six players and I thought: 'OK, I've been stripped of the captaincy, but don't take the **** out of me' CHELSEA FC
