Deco in Abramovich blast
Deco has accused Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich of treating the club like a 'toy'.
Russian billionaire Abramovich took over at Stamford Bridge in 2003 and has since injected funds into the side, helping them win back-to-back Premier League titles.
Portuguese playmaker Deco was brought to West London from Barcelona last summer for a fee of £8million and he enjoyed an excellent start to his career with the Blues.
However, the 31-year-old struggled for appearances and form during the second half of the campaign, and is now seeking an exit.
And Deco, ahead of a potential move to Inter Milan, has questioned Abramovich, hitting out at his decision to axe former boss Luiz Felipe Scolari in February.
He said in the Daily Star: "Chelsea are kind of his toy.
Sometimes Abramovich makes decisions that go over the head of the director of football. The exit of Big Phil was rash.
"Chelsea are a special club. If Big Phil was perhaps at Manchester United or Liverpool, they respect the coach and give him time to work. But Chelsea are different."
He added: "Honestly, I did not like the experience at Chelsea. I'm looking for another club where I can feel good."
