Cork open to Sky Blues stay

On-loan Chelsea youngster Jack Cork could remain with Coventry beyond December. The 20-year-old last week penned a deal to stay at the Ricoh Arena until the end of the year, duly making his debut from the bench in Saturday's 1-0 home defeat to Swansea. But he has revealed there is a chance he could still be with the Sky Blues in 2010. He told BBC Coventry and Warwickshire: "It's until the end of December to start with and then a view to extend it to see how well it goes." Meanwhile, manager Chris Coleman is hoping to bring another new signing to the club this week as the September 1 deadline approaches, but he has admitted the market is "very difficult".
