Cole - We'll miss Guus

Ashley Cole says manager Guus Hiddink will be sorely missed when he leaves Chelsea at the end of the season. Hiddink is only with the Blues until the summer after he was drafted in as a short-term replacement for the axed Luiz Felipe Scolari. The Russia head coach has transformed Chelsea's form in the second half of the season and Cole believes he is a great motivator. Chelsea tackle Everton in the FA Cup final on 30th May and Cole admits the team are desperate to win silverware after missing out on a hat-trick of trophies last season. Miss him "I really like him, he has brought a lot out of the players but it's not going to happen. All the players would love him to change his mind but it's not down to us and we are going to miss him," he told the club's official website. "He gets you motivated very quickly, and he has been a big part of that. Our season is not over yet, we still have the FA Cup to go forward to, and we all want to win for him as well. It would be nice to send him off with the FA Cup. "Last season we could have had a treble and ended up with nothing. The FA Cup is a great trophy and one we want to win."
