Chelsea are set to report Manchester City to the Premier League for 'tapping up' their skipper John Terry, it has been claimed. Eastlands boss Mark Hughes last week even went as far as spelling out the reasons why the England defender should join the City revolution. And Hughes now says he is not ready to back away from pursuing the 28-year-old, despite Chelsea publicly insisting Terr is not for sale. Reports in the News of the World said the London club were ready to make a complaint, though the Premier League say nothing has so far been lodged.
