Carlos Tevez will sign for Manchester City after it emerged the Argentine striker has enrolled his four-year-daughter in a private school in Cheshire. Tevez, had yet to reveal where his future lies after turning down the chance to stay at Manchester United on a long-term deal. But The Sun reports the 25-year-old's daughter Florencia is due to start at the unnamed Cheshire school in September and proves the forward plans to remain in the North West. City, who are battling it out with Chelsea for Tevez's signature, are offering the player around £160,000-a-week. He is not out of contract at United until Tuesday when his two-year loan spell ends. The family man both stunned Old Trafford by popping a dummy into his mouth after he scored thewinning goal against Birmingham on New Year's Day. The dummy was to show Tevez was thinking of his daughter Florencia and wife Vanesa, who were in Argentina.
