Chelsea ready to splash 25m to secure the services of Benfica's David Luiz

Chelsea are ready to go as high as £25million to sign top central defensive target David Luiz. Carlo Ancelotti was eager to land the Brazil defender last summer but with Benfica unwilling to bend on the £43m release clause in his contract a deal could not be struck.
