Follow Sportsmail's coverage of Saturday's final Barclays Premier League game as Chelsea host West Brom at Stamford Bridge. It's Andre Villas-Boas' first home game in charge and he will look to record his maiden win after stumbling to a 0-0 draw at Stoke last time out. Let me know your thoughts on the game at dan.ripley@dailymail.co.uk or on twitter @Ripinho.[LNB] Chelsea 2-1 West Brom (5.30pm) Chelsea: Hilario, Bosingwa, Alex (Ivanovic 66), Terry, Cole, Ramires, Mikel, Lampard, Anelka, Torres (Drogba 59), Kalou (Malouda 35).Subs: Turnbull, Benayoun, Ferreira, McEachran.[LNB]Goals: Anelka 53, Malouda 83.[LNB]West Brom: Foster, Reid, Tamas, Olsson, Shorey, Scharner, Mulumbu (Dorrans 87), Brunt, Morrison, Long, Tchoyi (Odemwingie 75).Subs: Fulop, Cech, Jara Reyes, McAuley, Cox.[LNB]Goals: Long 4.[LNB]Referee: Lee Mason (Lancashire)[LNB]19.30: I'm still not convinced by Torres though. He fell away in the second-half and his replacement, Drogba caused the Baggies defence much more problems.[LNB]That's it from me here today, thank you for following but check back tomorrow for more Premier League action.[LNB]19.26: A fantastic second-half response from Chelsea sees them steal a win and allow Villas-Boas to claim his first victory as boss.[LNB]Two defeats have hit Wet Brom hard but there have been plenty of positives for Roy Hodgson to take in his opening couple of games despite remaining pointless.[LNB]Full-time: Chelsea 2-1 West Brom[LNB]90+1min: And now Odemwingie is booked for this time having a coming together with Ashley Cole, who I have to say to my surprise is innocent in the whole thing. Four minutes added on.[LNB]90min: Silly from John Terry who is booked after squaring up angrily to Odemwingie following an innocent enough collision. Also worth noting Olsson was booked earlier on for dissent.[LNB]88min: Incredible, West Brom should be level! Reid's perfect cross to the far post finds an unmarked Odemwingie whose volley is straight at Hilario, with the keeper somehow holding on to the powerful strike.[LNB]87min: Chelsea continue to attack for a third as Graham Dorrans is on for Mulumbu.[LNB] Relief: Malouda celebrates scoring the winning goal[LNB]83min: GOAL! CHELSEA 2-1 West Brom[LNB]It's been coming. Jose Bosingwa leaves two defenders standing as he escapes down the right before sending a delicious low ball along the six-yard-box that Florent Malouda converts at the far post.[LNB]Harsh on West Brom but fabulous play from Chelsea.[LNB]82min: Worst piece of goalkeeping you will see all weekend! Foster comes miles out his goal to deal with a pass down the wing and after being beaten to the ball by Anelka, the Frenchman's effort just flashes wide at an unfavourable angle. Foster is a very lucky boy, the Baggies losing the plot.[LNB]79min: Olsson what are you doing?! His attempt to defend a corner is to jump with an arm raised to punch the ball clear.[LNB]Once again the referee can't see and once again the assistant has the best view and takes no action.[LNB]Seconds later Lampard is slightly unlucky to see his lob just dip over.[LNB] Foot loose: John Terry (left) and Somen Tchoyi contest a challenge[LNB]78min: Not too long left but I have seen enough from the hosts to be convinced they will steal this.[LNB]Malouda has been a livewire with his runs down the left and Foster has had a much busier half.[LNB]75min: First change from West Brom as Peter Odemwingie, sporting blonde hair, is on for Tchoyi.[LNB]73min: Not too much pressure from Chelsea who at least are forcing the issue this half. The Baggies still look to counter when they can though so don't rule them out just yet.[LNB]70min: What a pass! Ivanovic sends THE perfect cross from deep that just evades Olsson's head and falls kindly for Drogba to volley home...only the Ivorian is so shocked by how good the pass is, he is under prepared completely missing his kick.[LNB]69min: Red shirts swarm their own penalty area but Lampard still finds a way to send a delightful first time pass for Anelka who fires over under pressure from Foster. [LNB]66min: Chelsea's final change as Branislav Ivanovic is on for Alex.[LNB]65min: Villas-Boas sure has Chelsea playing much better but after rocking from the equaliser, West Brom have settled again and the Blues need a plan B.[LNB]62min: Great effort from Tchoyi! His curler from the edge of the box is heading for the top corner until Hilario parries it behind.[LNB]60min: He has not done much this half and Torres is the scapegoat as he is replaced by Drogba.[LNB]58min: Textbook last ditch defending! First Foster does well to stand up strong and block Anelka's shot before Malouda's goalbound effort from the rebound is cleared on the slide by Reid.[LNB]56min: Another glorious opportunity for West Brom! James Morrison clips a lovely ball to the back post but Paul Scharner clumsily heads over. Huge waste.[LNB] Equaliser: Anleka (blue right) fires Chelsea level[LNB]54min: GOAL! CHELSEA 1-1 West Brom[LNB]What do West Brom need to do to get a lucky break? Nicolas Anelka does well to squeeze home a shot across goal but it's deflection off Jonas Olsson completely fools Foster and that is the second week running a slight tough has worked against Roy Hodgson's men.[LNB]53min: From OptaJoe:[LNB]8 - Didier Drogba has netted eight goals in seven Premier League games against West Bromwich Albion. Impact.[LNB]50min: Frustration from the home fans as Hilario is given pelters for taking a little too long taking a goal kick. The boos at half-time suggested they are not a happy bunch.[LNB]49min: As Villas-Boas barks at his players from the touchline I can't help but notice he is out of his technical area...before noticing there isn't one.[LNB]Am I missing something here?[LNB]46min: Biggest cheer of the day from the Chelsea fans comes when Drogba starts warming up. Surely we will see the Ivorian.[LNB] Red alert: Torres is challenged by Morrison[LNB]Second-half: No changes from either side as Chelsea get back underway.[LNB]18.29: I do wonder what is going on in that Chelsea dressing room. IS AVB a tea-cup thrower, a hair dryer merchant or an A1 flip-chart obsessive at the break.[LNB]He needs to do something, Chelsea are lacking any sort of pace and urgency in attack.[LNB]18.24: Perfect timing for West Brom who were just starting to lose their heads at the end of that half.[LNB]They go into the break with a lead though and a deserved one.[LNB]Half-time: Chelsea 0-1 West Brom[LNB]45+1min: Two minutes added on as Alex's thunderous low drive takes a deflection that works it's way into Fosters gloves. A let off for West Brom.[LNB]45min: How not to tackle. Youssouf Mulumbu is desperate to stop Torres on the edge of the box and does so but only by diving down on the Spaniard. (See Phil Neville on Rui Costa from Euro 2004.) He is booked and Chelsea have a free-kick 20-yards-out.[LNB]44min: Now that should be a penalty! Anelka is clearly tripped by Foster right near the byline but Lee Mason gives a goal kick. He didn't have a great view in fairness but it was slap bang in front of his 'assistant'.[LNB]41min: Better. Cole's shot forces Foster into a save with the stopper having to tip behind for a corner.[LNB] Fab to be here: England boss Fabio Capello was in attendance at Stamford Bridge[LNB]38min: It hasn't worked so far, Ben Foster still just a bystander in the West Brom goal.[LNB]35min: Very Jose Mourinhoesque if I do say so myself. Andre Villas-Boas takes very early action by dragging off Salomon Kalou with Florent Malouda on in his place.[LNB]The Ivorian looks crestfallen, I don't blame him but I guess bold moves are what the Portuguese boss is paid to do.[LNB]34min: Frank Lampard is booked for his role in scything down Long to prevent a counter attack.[LNB]He has been far from impressive at the start of this season.[LNB]33min: Torres not as bright as he was at Stoke but that's more due to the strong Baggies defending.[LNB]The Spaniard sure is trying though, lunging in on Nicky Shorey to try and prevent a clearance. I would be interested to see how much ground he has covered.[LNB]30min: Arsenal striker Gervinho is in the stands at Stamford Bridge as a guest of Didier Drogba.[LNB]Gervinho of course is suspended at the moment but the Chelsea forward looks frustrated on the bench with his cap on to keep out the low sun.[LNB]27min: This is great stuff from the Baggies. Chelsea are switching it from flank-to-flank but wherever they go is a sea of red shirts. Ben Foster will not believe how easy his opening half-an-hour has been.[LNB]24min: What is going on here? Again West Brom produce a golden chance. Brunt plays an expert pass to Long down the right who spots Tchoyi on his own in the box.[LNB]It only requires a simple roll across goal for a tap in but Long over hits it and the chance somehow goes begging. Chelsea all over the place at the back.[LNB] Hats off: Andre Villas-Boas (front) attempts to keep the sun out of his eyes[LNB]21min: Desperate from Torres who finds a brick wall otherwise named Steven Reid in front of him inside the box. He turns and shoots over but can't keep his balance as he tumbles to ground.[LNB]His half-hearted attempts to claim a penalty after are ignored by Mason.[LNB]20min: From InfostradaLive:[LNB]Shane Long's goal was the first scored by a #wba player in #epl at Stamford Bridge and first there in the league since 1988[LNB]18min: Out of nowhere West Brom nearly double their lead! Jon Mikel Obi fails to close down Paul Scharner on the right who homes in on goal before blasting his shot at Hilario from an angle with the keeper punching the ball behind.[LNB]15min: Kalou has the host's best effort yet as he runs with purpose towards the area before driving a shot well over the bar.[LNB]Worth noting the Chelsea players are wearing black armbands today in memory of former left-back Stan Willemse, a member of the 1955 title winning side, who recently passed away.[LNB]13min: A consequence sees West Brom's men pretty much camped in their own half. They are defending well though, Hodgson has done his homework as the Baggies look comfortable.[LNB]10min: As a big shadow casts over the ground, Chelsea are just starting to show more possession in the West Brom half. Torres goes close with an effort but Ben Foster was never going to be too concerned with the Spaniard's shot that drifts wide.[LNB]7min: Gabriel Tamas is booked after a clumsy lunge on Salomon Kalou. No response from the hosts thus far.[LNB] Early bird: Long took just four minutes to give West Brom a shock lead[LNB]4min: GOAL! Chelsea 0-1 WEST BROM[LNB]Party poopers! It's sunshine beating down on Stamford Bridge but it's Shane Long raining down on Andre Villas-Boas home parade![LNB]The Irishman makes it two goals in as many games after stealing the ball off Alex on the halfway line before holding off the centre-back and homing in on goal to fire past Hilario inside the box.[LNB]3min: Some good sparring, West Brom sitting pretty deep and have so far been effective in intercepting passes and trying to start attacks of their own. Hilario is even forced out to clear with his head at one stage, but no major dramas.[LNB]Kick-off: The Baggies get us underway with their travelling support behind them.[LNB]17.27: A bright evening in west London as out come the players onto the pitch - West Brom wearing red at the request of match referee Lee Mason.[LNB]17.24: And of course, Hilario in the Chelsea goal. Is he good enough? Is he a weak link? It's his first game in over a year.[LNB]17.21: I'm looking forward to seeing Somen Tchoyi for the Baggies today. He had a decent game against Manchester United and that came after scoring a ha-trick on the final day of last season.[LNB]Should be interesting to see if he can provide good service for Shane Long.[LNB]17.18: Anelka over Drogba? Doesn't work for me. A striker as good as the Ivorian should NOT be on the bench.[LNB] Hit for six: Drogba celebrates scoring against West Brom last season[LNB]17.15: And now the bad news from InfostradaLive:[LNB]wba have lost their last 14 league matches against #cfc - a top flight record for most defeats in a row for one side against another [LNB]17.12: Good news West Brom fans! You can't get a worst result than last season. On the opening day of the previous campaign, Chelsea rattled six past Roberto Di Matteo's side and although the gulf in class still exists, I can't see Roy Hodgson being smashed as bad as that.[LNB]17.09: Hilario is given the nod in goal and there is a recall for Nicolas Anelka for Andre Villas-Boas' first home game as Chelsea boss today.[LNB]Portuguese veteran Hilario replaces the injured Petr Cech and Anelka comes in for Florent Malouda for the Barclays Premier League clash against West Brom, with Fernando Torres once again preferred to Didier Drogba in attack.[LNB]The Baggies name an unchanged side from last week's defeat to Manchester United, with Peter Odemwingie fit enough to be named on the substitutes' bench.[LNB]17.06: Team news:[LNB]Chelsea v West BromChelsea: Hilario, Bosingwa, Alex, Terry, Cole, Ramires, Mikel, Lampard, Anelka, Torres, Kalou. Subs: Turnbull, Ivanovic, Benayoun, Drogba, Malouda, Ferreira, McEachran.[LNB]West Brom: Foster, Reid, Tamas, Olsson, Shorey, Scharner, Mulumbu, Brunt, Morrison, Long, Tchoyi. Subs: Fulop, Cech, Dorrans, Jara Reyes, McAuley, Odemwingie, Cox.[LNB]Referee: Lee Mason (Lancashire)[LNB]17.03: It's been an unkind start to the season for West Brom. After having to open their campaign at home to the champions, the Baggies now have to travel to last season's runners-up in a bid to try and open up their points account this term.[LNB]And with the mood Chelsea are in, this is not a great time to play them. Andre Villas-Boas' side felt a sense of injustice after failing to win at Stoke last week and with Fernando Torres starting to get back to his best, it could be an uphill struggle for Roy Hodgson's men.[LNB] Point to prove: Chelsea's Fernando Torres (right) will aim to build on his positive performance at Stoke[LNB]  Fortress Stamford Bridge!
