Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has reported a clean bill of health for Saturday's Barclays Premier League game against Tottenham.

Ancelotti yesterday dispelled fears over the fitness of Michael Essien (knee) and Ramires (hamstring), with the latter back in the frame after missing the last three matches.

Back in the frame: Ramires had been a doubt during the week

Defender Alex is also fit again following an identical period on the sidelines with a similar injury.

Provisional squad: Cech, Bosingwa, Ferreira, Terry, Luiz, Alex, Ivanovic, Zhirkov, Cole, Bertrand, Mikel, Essien, Ramires, Lampard, Benayoun, Kalou, Malouda, Anelka, Torres, Drogba, Turnbull.
