Chelsea v Atletico Madrid

Jose Bosingwa will miss Chelsea's Group D Champions League match on Wednesday because of a knee injury, so Branislav Ivanovic keeps his place at right-back.Didier Drogba sits out the last of his three-match European ban but Jon Mikel Obi returns after an ankle injury. Defender Alex is fit again from his groin problem but lacks match practice. Chelsea, seeking to bounce back from Saturday's Premier League defeat at Aston Villa, lead the group after winning their first two matches. Much was made of Chelsea's loss at Villa Park where they conceded two goals from set pieces, usually an area where they excel. The goals from Villa's Richard Dunne and James Collins were enough for manager Carlo Ancelotti to order extra practice in training. "We worked on this particular situation and it is not only important to work on this but also important to pay attention on the set plays during the match," the Italian said. German midfielder Michael Ballack said the team were well aware of who was responsible after seeing the goals repeated on TV. "Everybody could see the mistakes and everybody knows who made the mistakes but that's football, somebody has to make a mistake," he said. "Of course we spoke about the game and we trained on Monday especially on set-piece situations but it's all about individual mistakes and that can happen in football. It shouldn't happen but that's what we have to improve." Ballack described the match against Atletico as "dangerous" with the two teams' Champions League form pointing to an easy win for the hosts. But he said Chelsea would not to be complacent. "We are top of the group, we won both games so far and we have a home game," he said. "Everybody knows what they have to do but it's a really dangerous match because Atletico have not started that well this season so everyone is expecting a win for us, and that's the danger. "We have to be aware but we are experienced and we are a strong team."
