Long term Chelsea target Radamel Falcao has hinted he would prefer a move to Paris Saint-Germain, ahead of Stamford Bridge when he leaves Atletico Madrid this summer, for a reported 48million.
According to The Sun, the 48million-rated Atletico Madrid striker said: “France is a really fantastic country — and PSG have an ambitious sporting project in place.”
Chelsea have tracked the Colombian for the majority of the season now, ever since their 4-1 defeat in the UEFA Super Cup against Atletico.
Falcao scored a hatrick as the Blues fell to a heavy defeat, and despite a change in manager, Chelsea are still rumoured to be interested.
However, after signing former Newcastle striker Demba Ba earlier on in the transfer window, the Blues may not be too disheartened about the strikers claims he would prefer Paris over London.
