His pedigree is clear. Impeccable close control, powerful shooting and an ability to leave defenders for dead with devastating speed. For such a young talent, he is also an incredibly prolific goalscorer, with 15 strikes to his name for Milan - an outstanding figure in Serie A. Here's five of his best: Vs Napoli Jan 13 2008. Italian regulations meant Pato couldn't make his Milan debut until six months after signing for the club in August 2007. But this goal against Napoli, on his Serie A debut, proved that the Brazilian was well worth the wait. A sublime first touch brought the ball under control, while his finish oozed calm. Vs Genoa, 27 January 2008. Displayed incredible pace to burst clear of the Genoa defence. His attempted chip was blocked, but a cool head was in evidence once against as Pato controlled the rebound and tapped home. Vs Udinese 21 December 2008 It's his thoroughbred running that really catches the eye, but Pato is also a threat in the air. Here, he makes the perfect far post run to find space in the packed penalty area, and leaps athletically to head home. Vs Fiorentina 18 January 2009 Control with the chest, turn with the right foot, shoot with the left. This winner against Fiorentina makes it easy to see why so many leading judges are excited by Pato's potential. Vs Sweden, 26 March 2008. Wonderful goal on his Brazil debut. Pressures a mistake out of Sweden goalkeeper Andreas Isaksson, then shows impeccable skill and awareness to curl the ball into the empty goal from a tight angle.
