The impressive 31-year-old has only a year left on his current deal with European Champions Chelsea and has only been offered a 1 year extension.
Cole is not thought to be less than happy with this and former boss Carlo Ancelotti would jump at the chance to take the full back to France to join his overhaul in Paris.
The French giants will step in and offer Cole a three year contact and a well paid salary as they continue their mission to be the biggest team in French football.
