Chelsea snubbed: Pincolini turns down old friend Ancelotti to stay at Dynamo Kiev
Carlo Ancelotti has failed to convince a trusted former member of his AC Milan coaching staff to join him at Chelsea.
Vincenzo Pincolini, who has worked with some of the most respected coaches in Italy, says he turned down the chance to leave his current club Dynamo Kiev.
The 54-year-old fitness coach said: 'We had a conversation. We worked together at Milan and Ancelotti and I know each other.
'Working together at Chelsea will not happen for several reasons. The most important thing is that I hava contract with Dynamo and professional ambitions.
'The club go straight into the groupstages of the Champions League next season, that is our challenge. Wecannot abandon this halfway, I want to conclude the job.
'Ancelotti, as far as I know, has decided to keep the existing Chelsea coaches, including the fitness coach.'
