The group whose campaign helped defeat Chelsea's bid to buy back the freehold of Stamford Bridge announced plans on Monday which could deal another blow to the club's hopes of moving to a new stadium.[LNB]October saw the Blues fail to convince shareholders in Chelsea Pitch Owners (CPO) to sell them the land beneath their current home, something that would have given them the freedom to build a 60,000-seater ground elsewhere in west London.
