Chelsea sign teenager Oriol Romeu from Barcelona on four-year deal

[LNB]Chelsea are expected to pay £4.3 million up front for the midfielder with the fee expected to rise to £8.7m. [LNB]According to reports in Spain, Barca will have a chance to buy back the player during the first two years of his time in west London. [LNB]Romeu has been on Villas-Boas' radar since his days at Porto and has already assured the defensive midfielder, who can also operate in central defence, that he will figure in his plans next season. [LNB]Romeu has represented Spain at under-17 and under-19 levels and is currently playing for the under-20s at the World Cup in Colombia and has been prominient in victories over Costa Rica and Eucador.
