Chelsea refusing to give up on Brazilian wonderkid Neymar

Chelsea are keeping a close eye on Brazil teen sensation Neymar despite the 19-year-old turning his back on a move to Stamford Bridge in August.[LNB]Chelsea target: Neymar celebrates winning the South America Under 20 Championship[LNB] Roman Abramovich's chief talent spotter Piet de Visser watched the Santos striker during the South American Under 20 Championship in Peru, which ended at the weekend.[LNB]Neymar was the tournament's top scorer, with nine goals, and has attracted attention from all of Europe's elite clubs.[LNB]Chelsea have tracked him for at least three years, failing in a ?25million bid last summer when he opted to sign an improved ?40,000 a week contract with Santos.[LNB]De Visser stayed in the same Arequipa hotel where Chelsea were based for the Under 20 tournament and was seen talking to Neymar soon after Saturday's final game, which Brazil won 6-0 to clinch the title and a place at the 2012 Olympics.[LNB]The 76-year-old Dutchman tried to keep a low profile but confirmed: 'I watched some players.
