The Brazilian was dismissed by Chelsea after less than seven months at Stamford Bridge with a £7.5 million compensation pay off to settle the remaining 17 months of his contract. [LNB]Confidentiality requirements have been built in to the deal and now, according to a report in the Express[LNB] , it has emerged that another of the conditions is that he does not take another post in England this season. [LNB]That effectively ends any possibility of Scolari being drafted in by Manchester City's Abu Dhabi based owners to replace under pressure Mark Hughes. [LNB]Scolari will not want for job offers with tentative inquires already made from Brazilian club side Santos and Saudi Arabia, while Mexico are believed to be interested should Sven Goran Eriksson leave, possibly moving to Portsmouth. [LNB]Scolari has chosen to remain in England until the end of July in a bid to improve his English and be available for the start of the next European season. [LNB]Manchester City forward Robinho, who Scolari had attempted to sign before the last minute intervention from Eastlands last summer, spoke in defence of his compatriot after he was replaced by Dutch coach Guus Hiddink. [LNB]'England is not the paradise people say it will be,' he said. 'I like it here, but I can see how it massacres people. It is not easy.'[LNB]Hiddink is facing defensive problems for his first match in charge against Aston Villa on Saturday. [LNB]With Ashley Cole suspended and both Alex and Ricardo Carvalho struggling with injury the new manager may have to rely on the recently out of favour Paulo Ferreira, Branislav Ivanovic and Jose Bosingwa. [LNB]There may even be a Premier League debut for young centre back Michael Mancienne after he impressed at full back during Watford's FA Cup win over Watford in front of Hiddink. [LNB]
