Chelsea made to wait as Brazil wonderkid Neymar has designs on Copa America
Chelsea may have to wait a little longer if they have designs on signing Brazil's wonderkid Neymar.[LNB] For the Santos striker has poured cold water on speculation that he is set to sign with the Premier League champions this summer.
