Chelsea 'launch' bid for Lukaku
Chelsea have made a bid for £20million-rated Anderlecht striker Romelu Lukaku, according to reports on Wednesday evening.[LNB] The Blues have long been leading the chase for the 18-year-old, who has also been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham in the past.[LNB]Already a regular for his club and a full international, Lukaku has been touted as the new Didier Drogba by some for his powerful style of play.[LNB]While he has been linked to clubs throughout Europe, he has previously revealed he wanted to move to the Premier League.[LNB]And as a confirmed Chelsea fan, the lure of a move to Stamford Bridge could prove too powerful to resist.
