Chelsea disheartened as Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini has pledged his future to the club, according to The Sun.

Fellaini has been linked with a plethora of clubs due to his stand out season with the Toffees. Everton manager, David Moyes, has depoloyed the giant in a more advanced role behind star striker Nikica Jelavic. This has been a revelation in the eyes of the Everton faithful – a move which has seen Fellaini score eight goals so far this season.

Fellaini, 25, said: “My head is exclusively with Everton – I'm saying nothing about the rumours.”

“Although im happy to be praised for my performances, my future is with Everton.”

Everton team-mate Steven Pienaar also had something to say about Fellaini and his commitment to Everton.

Pienaar said: “He’s enjoying his game and is clever enough not to go. There’s a lot of speculation but he’s still contracted to the club.”

Pienaar left the club to join London club Tottenham Hotspur – and was soon brought back to Merseyside by David Moyes as he failed to hit similar heights.
