Chelsea confirm victory parade

Chelsea's victorious parade through the streets of west London will start at 1pm on Sunday.[LNB] Two open-topped buses will leave Stamford Bridge's west entrance and travel east along Fulham Road before turning right onto Hortensia Road, right again onto Kings Road and then on to New Kings Road.[LNB]At Eel Brook Common the buses will stop for a 10-minute period before continuing to Parsons Green where it will end around 2pm.[LNB]The route will be fully stewarded with pedestrian crossing points in operation to allow movement of people around the procession.[LNB]At Eel Brook Common a big screen and PA system will be placed on the Common to show the live broadcast of the parade between 12.45pm and the end.[LNB]A spokesman for Chelsea confirmed: "Following Chelsea's success in winning the Premier League and with agreement from London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the Metropolitan Police, we can confirm that a victory parade will be held at 1.00pm on Sunday, May 16."[LNB]
