I played for five years with a great team. We won a lot of success. 'Eight years to train a great team, but now I think it's time to change and Chelsea was for me a great opportunity, a great team to do a new experience. 'This is the first interview I have done in English. For me it's not easy but I want to learn, I want to improve. 'I have the time and when we start the new season I will speak well because it's important for me to speak with the players, with the team, with the assistant, with all the operators that will work with me. 'Also I'd like to thank Milan team, Milan company, Milan players, Milan fans. I stayed very well these eight years also five years as a player, but now I think that it's the right moment for a new challenge and I want to put all my energy for Chelsea.
