Yuri Zhirkov has returned to training with the Chelsea first team for the first time since aggravating a knee injury on the club's US tour last month. The £18m summer signing from CSKA Moscow hopes to be fully fit before Saturday lunchtime's visit of Burnley to Stamford Bridge. 'On Monday the team had a day off and I ran around the stadium itself,' said the Russia winger. 'I still have some discomfort, but not the same pain that I've felt in recent weeks. 'I'm ready to take part in full training and it will show how ready I am to work. 'It's likely that at first I will only manage 30 or 40 minutes, but I hope that later this week I can train at full capacity. 'I've missed football and want to make my official debut with Chelsea as soon as possible.'
