Didier Drogba could be given the chance to revive his Chelsea career against Blackpool.[LNB]The Ivory Coast striker has been a substitute in three of their lastfour matches, raising doubt over his future with the champions. [LNB]But manager Carlo Ancelotti is set to recall the 32-year-old to thestarting XI for the game at Blackpool, where he will partner FernandoTorres. [LNB] Recall: Drogba (left) may vacate his usual place on the bench as he answers Ancelotti's call[LNB]Ancelotti said with a knowing smile last night: 'Will Drogba play? I've made my decision already. You will know on Monday.' If he does recall Drogba it would show that he is not yet ready to do away with the club's old guard, even though the arrival ofTorres, David Luiz and Ramires has generated a sense of evolution at Stamford Bridge.[LNB]He added: 'In my opinion, we can't say it's a new Chelsea. We have new players who are very important players, playing in the first team. But also I think the spine is the same - Petr Cech, John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic, Michael Essien, Frank Lampard, Drogba and Nicolas Anelka. [LNB]'We changed something in the last month because we wanted to put more pressure on the pitch, to get the ball up front. But the philosophy is the same.' [LNB]Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich visited the club's Cobham training complex last week to remind staff of their responsibilities, in light of the Ashley Cole air-rifle incident. [LNB]Ancelotti said: 'It's not my team, I've said that. It's the team of our owner. I am proud to manage this team and I want to do my best. I thought this the first day I was here. I hope to think the same on the last day I'm here.[LNB] 'It's not true that only I wanted Ramires, or Luiz. I've said a lot of times, we have discussions with the (backroom) team and we take a decision together. We thought Luiz, Torres and Ramires would be good to have to improve the squad, and the owner did a great job to bring them in. We took a decision together.' [LNB]Blackpool manager Ian Holloway is unconcerned about facing Torres and Co, especially as the Spain star had a poor record against his side with Liverpool. [LNB]Holloway said: 'He's played twice against us this season and been on the losing side each time. [LNB]'He scored a fantastic goal against us here, but we still came out on top.'
