Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech will miss Saturday's FA Cup sixth round clash with Barnsley with an ankle problem. The Czech Republic international sat out Wednesday's 3-0 Champions League first knockout round victory over Olympiacos at Stamford Bridge after picking up the injury on the eve of the match. Despite treatment at Chelsea's Cobham training complex, first-team coach Avram Grant has decided to leave his number one behind when the rest of the squad travel to Oakwell for Saturday's FA Cup encounter. "He's getting better, but it will take about one week more," revealed Grant. Experienced Italian number two Carlo Cudicini will again deputise for Cech against the Championship club, with Hilario promoted to the substitutes bench. Elsewhere, the Israeli has a fully-fit squad to choose from as he looks to seal an immediate return to Wembley via an FA Cup semi-final, just weeks after the Blues lost 2-1 to Spurs in the Carling Cup final.
