Cech in confident mood

Peter Cech believes Chelsea can score a goal in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League tie against Juventus to ensure their progression to the quarter-finals.[LNB] The Blues beat Juve 1-0 at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday thanks to an early goal from Didier Drogba, to set up an intriguing second leg in a fortnight's time.[LNB]Cech was called into action a number of times but Chelsea also threatened to extend their lead and the goalkeeper feels the scoreline could have been more convincing.[LNB]"That might make us regret, but I think it was a tight encounter," Cech told CTK.[LNB]"We are glad that I have managed to keep a clean sheet, as that is very important in this sort of game."[LNB]If Chelsea can grab an away goal then Juventus will have to score three times to advance to the last eight.[LNB]Cech believes his team-mates will be positive, adding: "I think that we are capable of scoring a goal in Turin."[LNB]Cech, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Rennes in 2004, was delighted to mark his 200th appearance for the club with a clean sheet.[LNB]He said: "I was telling myself that it would be nice to keep a clean sheet and win such an important match. That happened.[LNB]"I am satisfied (about making 200 appearances). It does not happen to every player to play so many games for such a big club."[LNB]
