Portugal defender Ricardo Carvalho has reiterated his desire to leave Chelsea this summer following five seasons at Stamford Bridge.
Carvalho, 31, revealed last month that he was contemplating leaving the Blues following a frustrating season on the sidelines.
The former FC Porto central defender started just 11 Premier League games last season after battling a series of injury problems.
Carvalho has now set his sights on a summer transfer - with a move overseas his preferred destination.
He said: "A change could be good for me, but any interested club has to reach an agreement with Chelsea and then we will talk.
"I think that, given my attributes, the Premier League would be harder for me to adapt.
"It is tougher football, so I think I would have no problems in Italy or Spain."
The Portugal international has already been linked with a move to Internazionale where he would link-up with former Chelsea boss and compatriot Jose Mourinho.
